Meet and Greet
Each family has different needs, wants and desires. We will sit down with you and your family to discuss your lifestyle, price point and financing options.
Design
We meet to discuss the site plan, floor plan layout, recommended amenities and initial ball park pricing. The second investment is needed to finish your floor plan. This includes the completed floorplan itself, all elevations, electrical plan and both interior and exterior elevations.
Finishing Touches
Your floorplan, site plan, elevations, recommended amenities, color selections and final price are finalized.
Pre-Drywall Meeting
This meeting is held in your home once the framing is up, the mechanicals are installed and the pre-drywall quality inspections have been passed.
Welcome to the Family!
Congratulations! You are now the owner of your brand new Japhet Home!
Site Selection
Once your home site is selected the Design Agreement is needed to begin your dream layout with our floorplan designer. Then you will meet with our lenders and interior designer, visit our appliance show room, and see our water demonstration.
Selections
Begin your color selections, design your landscape and low-voltage package and finalize your financing strategy while your elevations and floorplan are being completed.
Pre-Construction Meeting
The pre-construction meeting is held on your home site before construction begins. Pre-pour quality inspections are performed and then your foundation is poured.
Final Walkthrough
Finish construction, final inspections, final walk through and home orientation.
